100va antek is enough IMHO
200va for sure

this is the krell/Marantz style of doing unbalanced to balanced via the low impedance - CFA input..
low impedance output voltage feedback using lower values of feedback
resistance driving a low impedance negative differential input.
With stock resistor values mine was running 18.5ma bias
warm and that will depend on heatsink temp / rail voltage
800v total rail voltage x 18.5ma bias=14.8Watts per board
or about 30W per channel, 60W total
the BH power supply will drop 50-60v per rail so 100v x 80ma total bias=min 8-10 watts of heat
Enough Heat Sink in open air for testing
